Begin with an Ayurvedic wellness consult package! These six sessions are your introduction to a personalized journey of healing with Ayurveda, energy work, and yoga.

• Initial Wellness Consultation: This 90 minute, in-depth session is all about you. We’ll explore your primary concerns, as well as any imbalances or symptoms you might be facing. By delving into the long-standing patterns of your body and mind, we’ll uncover your unique Ayurvedic constitution.

• Ayurflow Findings Session: One week later, we'll dive into your insights. We'll explore your prakruti and identify your vikruti, the imbalances causing disruptions. Together, we’ll create a comprehensive treatment plan to steer you toward balance, health, and happiness.

• Your Wellness Follow-up Sessions: Each week, for four weeks, we'll meet to track your path of transformation. Here, we'll gauge how your journey is evolving and fine-tune your Ayurvedic practices to optimize digestion, sleep, and emotional well-being.
